  • Do I have to pay to visit WeddingShow247?

    • No, WeddingShow247 is complimentary for our visitors.
  • Does WeddingShow247 help with guiding me to relevant suppliers for my wedding?

    • WeddingShow247 has been designed into clear categories for you to look at your options. We have dedicated areas to venues, catering, photography/videography, florists/décor, bridal & grooms’ attire, hair/makeup, etc.
  • Will I get to meet the suppliers in person before committing to booking them?

    • This is of course up to yourselves and the supplier individually. We recommend meeting with them ahead of your big day to ensure you have put a face to a name. If you are planning from overseas or looking to hold your big day further afield to your location, then why not setup a video call with your chosen supplier to get to know one another better.
  • Do you cover international weddings?

    • Currently, we cover UK wedding venues, however several of our suppliers are happy to work overseas, so we recommend speaking to them individually. Some may also be able to assist in finding you a suitable venue outside the UK.
  • I haven’t booked anything yet, where do you recommend I start?

    • We would recommend starting with venues first, as every venue will work differently with regards to suppliers. Some will be dry hire and allow you to choose your own suppliers, however some will have in house suppliers who they will only allow you to use.
  • Do suppliers offer refundable deposits on WeddingShow247?

    • This is something you will need to check with the suppliers directly, as they will operate differently.
  • What basic suppliers do I need to book?

    • Venue, Catering, Entertainment, Florist/Décor, and Photography are the key suppliers we recommend, however there are many more to add to your special day!
  • Can I only access WeddingShow247 once?

    • There are no time restrictions with regards to how many times you use WeddingShow247.
  • Do I book my registrar through WeddingShow247?

    • You won’t be able to book your registrar through WeddingShow247, however your venue will be able to assist you with this.
  • What suppliers can I expect to see at WeddingShow247?

    • Venues, Caterers, Photographers, Videographers, Cakes, Sweet Treats, Music, Entertainment, Toastmasters, Celebrants, Hair and Makeup Artists, Bridal Wear etc.
  • How can I contact the organisers at WeddingShow247?

  • Do I need to signup to access WeddingShow247?

    • Visitors can sign up to a newsletter, however you do not need to sign up to access the information from suppliers and services on the WeddingShow247 community.
  • Is the exhibition real?

    • Whilst the exhibition is online only, it is definitely real! We are proud to showcase some of the world’s leading wedding companies and services.
  • What are the benefits of creating an account?

    • Creating a free account will enable you to contact different exhibitors without entering your contact details multiple times. In addition, you’ll have the details of the companies that you have contacted in one easy-to-manage place.
  • How long should I expect to wait for a response from an exhibitor?

    • We ask exhibitors to respond to any enquiries within 48 hours.
  • How much does it cost and what do I get?

    • A free user account will give you the ability to view all virtual spaces, watch exciting seminars and talks, and make contact with any company whose virtual space has caught your eye.
  • What are the platform statistics?

    We release a quarterly platform review every 3 months so we can openly share the success of our virtual exhibition with our exhibitors and prospects alike. Please see our past reports below:

  • It’s no different to a real physical exhibition. You have your own exhibiting space, your stand, branded for you in your colours and with your logos, plus all of your promotional materials available to our guests. You can customise your stand whenever you want, so if you have a new product or a new logo to unveil, you can easily add this to your stand through the Client Profile.

  • You can update the content of your virtual space whenever is suits you, so if you have a new product to launch or a special offer you want to promote, you can do so.
